About Course

Ages 5–7 (Wonder Explorers)

Children at this age learn through imagination, repetition, movement, and emotional connection.

INSPIRE Flexible Learning Styles

Rather than expecting every child to learn through reading alone, we encourage multiple means of representation, which aligns closely with Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

PRACTICAL approach for Parents/teachers understanding:  INSPIRE Toolkit to each weekly adventure.

INSPIRE Core Strengthening, neural and tension release *LET’s MOVE* is our Frequent Movement Breaksas research supports short movement breaks approximately every 15–20 minutes for many learners, especially younger children as hugely beneficial!

Activities include:

  • stretching
  • INSPIRE core strengthening poses
  • jumping
  • wall pushes
  • animal walks
  • dance
  • breathing

INSPIRE’s signature feature

The executive-function supports a simple, memorable sequence called S.T.A.R., reinforcing the learner’s identity as the INSPIRE STAR.

  • ⭐ S – Start Smart (Plan It + Organize It)
“What is my mission? What do I need?”

  • ⏱ T – Track My Time (Time It)
    “How long will this take?”

  • 🧠 A – Anchor My Learning (Remember It)
“What are the key ideas I want to remember?”

  • 🚀 R – Rise and Reflect (Reflect It + Celebrate)
“What strategy helped me succeed? What am I proud of?”

This gives teachers and children just four easy-to-remember steps, while our overall lesson continues to follow the richer INSPIRE flow:

1.REGULATE → 2.DISCOVER → 3.EXPLORE (using S.T.A.R.) → 4.BUILD → 5.CLIMB → 6.REFLECT → 7.REWARD

Learning Outcomes
 Geography: Continents and mountains
 Science: Erosion and rock formation
 Emotional skill: Courage to explore new things

The Neurodiversity indicated with *****Blue stars emphasies practical coaching and classroom accommodations rather than therapy or diagnosis. This Adventure is a summarized version of the evidence-based strategies and tools that are widely accepted in neurodiversity coaching and education.
